Residents benefit from the flexibility of BIOCITECH IMMOBILIER in terms of rented spaces. Depending on their needs and without having to move, resident companies can adjust their rented surface area.

On the site, tomorrow

The BIOCITECH site will gear up its development, following an agreement signed by Caisse des Dépôts and Sanofi, in partnership with local authorities and institutional stakeholders in the greater Paris area.
As part of a territorial development programme, the renovation and reconfiguration of a land reserve of around 3.4 hectares  is scheduled.
This new growth momentum for business parks, boosted by an investment plan, aims to optimise, rationalise facilities and ensure the sustainable presence of current tenants.

In Romainville, tomorrow

The Quartier de l’Horloge, which includes Biocitech, is part of an urban project developed by the town of Romainville and the urban community.  The first part of the ongoing construction project includes housing, offices and public areas.
